Najib is a dedicated marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of global brand experience combined with a resilient entrepreneurial spirit. His skill set includes expertise in brand architecture, organizational development, and management coaching. Najib also has extensive public relations and strategic planning experience, working with small to medium organizations as they position themselves for growth, as well as assisting with awareness and fundraising efforts for NGOs and not-for-profits across the globe.

Lance is a seasoned entrepreneurial professional with more than 15 years of experience working with multinational fortune 500 companies. He is experienced in web application development, intellectual property, e-commerce and catalogue development, CRM Data Management and Reporting, Marketing Analytics, On-line Business Logic Processes and International Business Development. Having held many senior and executive roles over his career, Lance’s clients include working with international advertising agencies on campaigns for Infiniti, Honda, Pepsi, Suncor, Marvel, Disney, Fossil, Maybelline, NASA, The UN, CFL, Newsweek, New York Magazine and many more.
Eli Schrader

Eli Schrader

Eli’s primary focus has been analyzing and innovating resource navigation and service coordination in the health sciences, municipal government and the not for profit sector. Eli is bringing in new technology platforms into the public sector where data processing methods determine allocation of resources to avoid redundancies.

Eli is consistently finding new ways to take advantage of mass data collection for the purposes of creating more informed decisions. His skill set includes data analysis, strategic planning, evaluation development and project facilitation. Eli is a University of Alberta graduate and a registered mediator.  He currently sits on variety of local boards, including the Alumni Council at the University of Alberta.

Leanne Klimek

Leanne Klimek

Leanne is permanently excited about design. After graduating from two programs at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, specializing in both print design, software and web development, she has started her own stationary and gift business, and cycled across Canada raising funds for the University Hospital Foundation. She is passionate about user-centered design, enjoys really cool websites, and can often be found playing outside.

Ankur Pandit

Ankur Pandit

While pursuing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta, with a
major in Business Economics and Law, Ankur Pandit co-founded and ran a
management consulting startup called the Alberta Student Consulting Group. 
Through this startup, Ankur was able to consult for a diverse array of clients including companies
in the oil and gas industry, technology startups, and government.
Ankur has also represented the University of Alberta on an international basis at various
business case competitions. Thus far, he has competed in five international
competitions and won two, including most recently winning the Australian
Undergraduate Business Case Competition in November 2018. 
Ankur uses insightful business knowledge and a deep understanding of marketing and
business strategy trends to translate complex ideas into everyday terms.

Vieri brings to Braintrvst his valued experience of personally owning and operating a $3 million company that employed over 150 people in the service sector. His skills sets includes systems and process management, client relations, ROI analysis, and turning data insights into an actionable plan. Vieri’s input is born from tried and tested hands-on experience that dovetails with the state-of-the-art advances in business development.

Vieri is an expert in product development, labour control, cost of sales, quality controls, recruiting, hiring, training, and company culture development. Vieri currently applies his valuable experience to offering consulting services in the hospitality industry and business development for large and small companies in the private and public sector.

Jaseem Hasib

Jaseem Hasib

Jaseem Hasib has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry focused on creating analytical tools for clients.  He focuses on simplifying the decision-making process by providing clients with faster access to more relevant information at their fingertips.  By combining data and technology he frees up clients by automating away routine tasks.

 Jaseem spent nine years at S&P Global leading the research team helping design model portfolios based on machine learning algorithms.  Prior to S&P Global, Jaseem worked for Thomson Financial as a Senior Research Analyst.  In this role, he created an integrated platform of Thomson Financial data sets which help analysts identify market moving trends for clients.

 Jaseem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from WPI and an MBA in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Josh Harnack

Josh Harnack

Josh is a true artist in every sense of the word. He graduated from Vancouver Film School’s Acting for Film and Television Program, NAIT’s Graphic Communications and Digital Management and IT Programs. Josh is also a professional artist specializing in acrylic and oil painting. Josh loves to stretch his mind whenever possible and is always trying to improv and refine is style and technique. When Josh isn’t slaying it at design and fine art he is shredding powder in the mountains.
